Spencer Ward has spent the last 14+ years at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and human connection. From side projects and startups to Fortune 20 enterprise, taking lessons learned from his first job at 13 years old, he has built out teams and operations from scratch, developed and launched new products (software and CPG), and presided over groundbreaking research.

He has held positions in Analytics, Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Strategy, and has hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI), big data, data governance, project management, and design.

These days his time is spent collaborating with startups and academic researchers, designing, prototyping, and strategizing to advance innovations in healthcare.

Out of the office you’ll find him hiking, fly fishing, or enjoying a good meal–pursuits that offer the same balance of patience and unexpected reward that have shaped his professional journey.
